What's special about me?
My coaching and consulting presence evokes an engaged concern and curiosity in the client. It demonstrates a desire to team together to find solutions to move forward in life and work and achieve at the highest potential. I have a keen intuition that enables me to sit beside the client in their dilemma where I can see from their point of view. This unique perspective allows us to work together to help the client discover the answers beneath the surface and move forward.
I have over 20 years of experience as a director of people and programs in a culture of personal and professional transformational and coaching leadership. I believe everyone has the potential to learn, grow and develop themselves and others more effectively.
